Vale Beer Club

Terms & Conditions

Membership Duration

  • Beer Club memberships run for a fixed 12-month period from 1 July to 30 June each year.
  • All stamp benefits (e.g. growler fills) must be redeemed within this period and do not carry over beyond the expiry date.
  • Memberships purchased partway through the year are still valid only until the following 30 June.

Stamp Card Usage

  • Members receive a physical stamp card entitling them to 13 x growler fills.
  • One stamp = one fill. Stamps can be used flexibly throughout the membership year.
  • Lost or damaged cards can be replaced, but previously used stamps will not be reissued.

Member Benefits

  • Membership includes:
    • 13 x growler fills
    • 10% off all purchases (at the brewery and online)
    • 2 x free members-only events per year
    • 2 x brewery tour tickets
    • Vale pint glass
  • Benefits are non-transferable and for personal use only.
  • Events may require pre-booking and are subject to availability.
  • The 10% discount may not be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.
  • Application of discounts and benefits is at the discretion of brewery staff or management.

Communication

  • Welcome emails are sent on sign-up with membership details, including the member's unique 10% discount code for online purchases
  • We send a monthly Beer Club newsletter to all members. If you are not receiving emails, ensure you are signed up to receive marketing communications from us. If in doubt, please get in touch.
  • We’ll send occasional reminders (e.g. when the membership year is ending), but it is the member’s responsibility to use their benefits before expiry.

Changes to the Scheme

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the Beer Club offer, including pricing and benefits, but will always give fair notice to current members.
